I run the business myself and don’t have time for complicated server tools. Backups and restores are straightforward, and I always know what the plugin is doing.
Install Fast Backups from Plugins → Add Plugin, open Fast Backups → Export and click Export. Your database, media, themes, plugins and supported site files are packaged into one .wpbackup file you can download.
